The burnt rice is just oily and flavorless rice that is just burnt on a stone grill! I'm confident in the roasted pork and want to see it, but bacon or raw ham? I'm so fluent! ! This ramen restaurant was rumored to be delicious, so I decided to try it out. The restaurant is small, with only one table in the back. There are about 7 seats at the counter. There is black ramen and white ramen, and the pork is served with gourd. The soup stock is both light and clear. The black one has a burnt soy sauce flavor, thin noodles, and green onion base. Is the white salt? The base is a chopped onion base. I think the noodles are thick and made from barley. There are about 6 pieces of thinly sliced char siu in each dish, and they are delicious. It was reasonably delicious.
