I heard from a friend that it was delicious, so I went to try it! !
The inside of the store was dirty, and I ordered the instant ramen, but it didn't have a deep flavor and I couldn't say it was delicious. It was just oily instant ramen, but it seems like the ramen was made with a lot of thought!
The burnt rice is just oily and flavorless rice that is just burnt on a stone grill!
I'm confident in the roasted pork and want to see it, but bacon or raw ham?
I'm so fluent! !
The staff are unmotivated and are throwing towels while making the table. It's an unbelievable way to deal with customers!
He just looks like he's reluctant!
A store that only gives you heartburn
After the Kitano Tenmangu Shrine illumination, we had dinner at Mugyu Honten. I ordered Onibara black, mini fried rice, and fried chicken. Onibara Kuro has a refreshing soy sauce flavor than it looks. Fried rice is also delicious.
Some damn good ramen, worth a detour if you're craving for some noodles 🍜
This ramen restaurant was rumored to be delicious, so I decided to try it out. The restaurant is small, with only one table in the back. There are about 7 seats at the counter. There is black ramen and white ramen, and the pork is served with gourd. The soup stock is both light and clear. The black one has a burnt soy sauce flavor, thin noodles, and green onion base. Is the white salt? The base is a chopped onion base. I think the noodles are thick and made from barley. There are about 6 pieces of thinly sliced char siu in each dish, and they are delicious. It was reasonably delicious.
Stumbled on this place when getting off the bus. Gem of a find! Yummy local ramen spot with a cozy atmosphere inside. We had to order on a machine which was all in Japanese but just adds to the experience.
Well seasoned broth, which tastes fresh and not salty. To my liking, ramen is chewy on the texture. The char-siu hotpot rice is also outstanding and flavourful. Popular ramen shop among the local. Definitely recommend.
I wanted to eat ramen for lunch, so I went to this popular restaurant that my husband was also interested in! ️
My favorite fresh water ramen🥰
7 seats at the counter and a table for 8 people in the back.
I lined up for about 15 minutes to get in.
There were a few foreigners here❗️
★Onibara white
The refreshing soup is made with plenty of Nagoya Cochin rice, and is mixed with light soy sauce from Kagoshima for a mellow taste. Uses flat, hand-kneaded curly noodles❗️
*Tasted egg topping
★Onibara black
The clear soup from Nagoya Cochin is combined with Kyoto-produced soy sauce to create a rich flavor with a deep flavor. Use thin straight noodles❗️
*Added meat and wonton set for lunch only (until 3pm)
★Famous mugyu bowl
Made with Mugyu's special pot-grilled char siu ❗️
*Sales start as soon as they are baked and end as soon as they are sold out.
★Fried gyoza (5 pieces)
★Fried chicken
The white was relatively light, and I thought I wanted a little more flavor from the soy sauce.
The chopped onions, chashu, and noodles were delicious☺️
The black color was like Shinpuku Saikan, and the soy sauce was quite strong.
It was too sharp for my liking 😅
The fried chicken was average, but the mugyu bowl and fried gyoza were delicious❗️
I don't like noodles to be too sweet, but I wonder if there are any ramen shops that aren't as sweet as Shinpuku Saikan? 🤔
The taste of seitan soup can change completely depending on the soy sauce and manufacturing method used.
The ramen tour continues in pursuit of the ultimate ramen...🚗💨💨
